Made the call to have my torsion spring replaced and they had my door fixed, and working better than previously in less... than 24hrs from my initial call. Priced fairly and a pleasure to do business with. Torsion springs can be wear items, I will definitely call on Midtown again.read more

Worked with Dan to get the right doors for my place. I was a little indecisive in the door color and window type, and... Midtown was very patient. I finally committed, and the doors were installed, as agreed to, about 2 weeks later (today). I received a text the morning of the install, with a note from Midtown indicating “Jose” would be on his way soon, which included his picture. Jose showed up on time and ready to get to work. He asked the right questions, explained how the install would go, and how long the job would take. Jose was very professional and extremely competent. The (2) doors were installed with no issues about 3 hours later. I am very happy with the product, the profession service provided by the entire Midtown team, and the end result. If I EVER need another door or door service, I’ll be calling Midtown Doors!read more

They came out as soon as they could(which was a week after I called but this is what happens when you are doing good... work at a fair price and you are busy around a holiday). Dan was worth the wait! Got there early. We talked like old friends and he got the spring replaced in about an hour for a good price. Couldn't be happier! Perfect job!!read more

I really like it when a service person shows up when they say that they will show up. I was given a 30 MINUTE window... for the arrival time. Usually it’s two or even four HOURS. Dan showed up at minute 14 of the 30 minute window. He immediately got to work replacing the two torsion springs on my garage door. He was completely finished and gone in 45 minutes. He was courteous, polite, and genuinely warm. That would have made it a great service call, but on top of all that their price was considerably better than the other guys. On time, quick, courteous, competent, and a good price? Not often that you get all five of those things at the same time. I will definitely be calling Midtown Doors from now on.read more
